Lisa joined Sunshine Health Wellness in the herb shop after attending Deborah Jones' Certified Herbalist Course. She has also joined us at Spa Night as one of our therapists and has been receiving rave reviews on her Thermo Stone Therapy.

In her Thermo Stone Therapy, the stones are heated to a comfortable temperature and placed on strategic acupressure points to activate relaxation in the body as you lay fully clothed on the table. Feel the tension leave the body as the muscles seem to melt.
