Have
you ever looked at
a piece of art or
a picture that gave
you a wonderful feeling
or took your breath
way? First the eyes
see, then the heart
feels. That feeling
travels along the
synapses of the nervous
system and speaks
to the cells of your
body in a positive
manner.
That is the healing mechanism of art and inspiration.
I once examined all the beautiful oil paintings that
had clouds in them at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles
and felt so uplifted. I walked out of there on a cloud.
Do you express your own creativity through a visual
or physical medium? Doing so develops divine passion
and allows the inner child to come out and play. That
passion is recognition and exploration of your God
given gifts...part of your purpose.
The excitement it produces feeds the spirit and can
lead to healing. My love of nature and desire to capture
magic led me to photography. The fun I have with photography
is shared also with my sister Lisa. We go on treasure
hunts excited to find a miracle in the moment...the
sun coming up over the ocean or finding a blooming
Trillium in the woods that took seven years to bloom.
This page is designed to provoke thought on your
own creativity and to hopefully uplift with a picture that speaks to you. The following are a few of our pieces on display and for sale at Sunshine Health.
